Presidency of EAF e.V. decides upon acceptance or rejection of applicant as sponsoring member. EAF e.V. is assisted by sponsoring members. Sponsoring members assist EAF e.V. with projects, publication and distribution of aims, assist presidency with consultations and help EAF e.V. non-materially and financially. They hand with securing financing. Annual minimum fee is € 200.00 per year for private individuals (corporate rates on request) and is payable yearly in advance. Membership may be cancelled with three months advance notice yearly at year end from both parties. Without termination notice membership is prolonged for another year. Sponsoring members have rights and benefits according to memorandum and articles of association for regular members and additionally special rights and duties of sponsoring members with exemption voting rights of regular members. Membership card stays in possession of EAF e.V. and has to be returned at end of membership. Improper use of membership card, violation of memorandum and articles of association and end of membership, membership card has to be returned immediately. Presidency of association reserves the right to ask for immediate return in case of important reason which is to absolute discretion of presidency.
